This exceptional Beek Vintage has matured for no less than 25 months in a First Fill Oloroso Hogshead, resulting in a soft, intense, and rich character with a pleasant spiciness. On the nose, notes of raisins, ripe fruit, vanilla, apple pie, and nuts emerge. The palate is full and smooth, with nuances of dried fruit, pepper, leather, and tobacco. The long, warming finish offers intense spices, dried fruit, and a subtle nutty bitterness.
