This exclusive anniversary bottling has matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hogsheads, resulting in an intense and rich sherry character. The nose reveals aromas of raisins, dates, figs, and dark chocolate, complemented by notes of caramel and warm spices. The taste is full and creamy, with accents of syrupy dried fruit, toffee, dark chocolate, and spicy oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of sweet sherry, dark fruit, and a pleasant spiciness.
