Nose: freshly polished copper with blooming flowers, lemon and honey. With water, the copper comes out even more, after which the flowers change into tumtum and classic sours. What a wealth of fragrance.

Taste: Even at 61.7%, this is a friendly and very flavorful whiskey with roses and lilies, waxy cinnamon, lots of yellow fruit and freshly ground pepper. With water, the herbs come forward more and the whole is beautifully balanced.

Finish: marshmallow with orange zest and then more spices and especially pepper. Very tasty and very special.
