Nose: “Golden Syrup” honey with blooming lilies and roses. Then fresh scented peat with salty influences after which almonds and hazelnuts take over and combine wonderfully with the previous.
Taste: A delicious, deep combination of heather flowers, soft peat smoke and toasted nuts. The flavours linger on the tongue without becoming harsh or heavy.
Finish: So deliciously flavoursome with honey, flowers, nuts, heather and a hint of peat smoke.
