This special expression is matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks for added depth, dried fruit warmth and a long, smooth finish.

Nose : Dried figs and currants, followed by Christmas spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, dark chocolate and a hint of fresh leather.

Palate : Brown sugar, dark ripe cherries and black raspberry, followed by bitter dark chocolate shavings and rich red apples.
