Small Batch

This single malt whisky is fully matured in 3 ex-beer barrels from the creative Malka Brewery. This is one of the largest craft breweries in Israel. These barrels, originally ex-bourbon barrels donated to Malka by M&H, were used to mature Malka's stout beer. This beer is characterized by notes of coffee and dark chocolate. After 6 months, the beer was extracted and the barrels went back to M&H, where they were refilled and matured to perfection for 3 years.

Nose – Delicious chocolate milk spiced with nutmeg, the whole is accompanied by hints of baked pear.

Flavour – Coffee and clotted cream garnished with grated hazelnuts.

Finish – Peach cobbler (fruit filling plus batter from the oven) and fresh green mint, soft allspice notes.
