Introducing Lemon Meadow, the fourth release in our boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series. This whiskey heroes our passion for fermentation experiments. We've used a yeast derived from a well-known French sparkling wine production, one that is rarely used in Scotch whisky. It brings citrusy, biscuity notes - flavors of lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, and all butter shortbread.

Huntress Lemon Meadow is the product of our very first yeast trial back in 2017, the year we started distilling. This unique fermentation, along with maturation in our house style casks, results in a creamy, delicious and slightly floral whisky.
