Nose: warm oak with honey and syrup, vanilla cream, fresh pine needles with warm apple pie and then warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves in combination with cherry jelly.
Taste: candied almonds, dark honey with oak spices, overripe fruit and a pinch of pepper. This is delicious.
Aftertaste: deep and warming, with the herbs descending wonderfully into the throat.
