St George Baller Single Malt is sourced from California, aged in used bourbon and French oak wine barrels and then in barrels that first contained umeshu, a Japanese-style plum liqueur that the people of St. George made entirely from California-grown ume fruit .
Baller is named after the popular Japanese-style Highball drink.
Aroma: fresh citrus, with grapefruit peel and white grape wine, apple peel and dried mango.
Taste: oak and rich malty notes, supported by more mango, syrupy tropical fruit and candied grapes.
Finish: gala apples and cooked apple sweets.
