This whisky is a fruity and sweet version of the beechwood-smoked "Bøg" whisky , drawn from two fresh PX and oloroso hogsheads for a rich sherry flavour profile . Plenty of ripe and dried fruit , hot cocoa , and warming spices are coated in a soothing layer of smoke .
