As the name suggests, this gin is distilled from four different grains instead of the normal three. In addition to the corn, rye and malted barley, we have added winter wheat to our mash. The wheat gives an extra soft softness to the jenever. This 100% pot still distilled gin is aged in Oloroso sherry casks for added complexity and depth.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: fresh, fruit salad with green apple and citrus fruit (especially lemon) then green apples with a honey vanilla dressing.

Taste: Warm and full but also fresh. Warm peach tart with lemon. Then notes of oranges with refined notes of white chocolate.

Finish: Medium long with fresh orchard fruits such as apples and peach and orange notes
