Our whisky is unpeatedand is made fromorganicScottishbarleywhosenaturalyieldsandrichsoilscontributedepth of flavour. Ourgentlefermentationanddistillationaccentuatethe delicate, fruityflavours in the spirit. Matured in speciallytreated red wineand American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, todevelopourspirit’ssignature body andsweetness.

Our whisky makes a big impressionwiththesmallest footprint. Every bottle is certifiedorganic, made in ourverified net zero distillery (scopes 1 and 2) andbottled in a 100% recycledglassbottle.
