This five year old release is the first to be finished in Constantia sweet dessert wine casks from South Africa. It is a perfect showcase for the unpeated double distilled single malt whisky from the 1770 Glasgow Distillery. Originally matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks, this release is finished for one year and ten months in Constantia wine barriques, delivering notes of fresh apricot, peach, pink grapefruit, clementine, rich manuka honey and dark chocolate.
