Tasting notes

Nose : Rich, sweet aromas of caramel and dried apricots, complemented by the scent of candied red apple.

Taste : Layered and spicy, with distinct notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. Beneath these, roasted hazelnuts, dried apple peel, and a subtle, dark note of cocoa emerge.

Finish : A warm, long finish with orange and fresh citrus. The flavor develops further towards caramelized oak, with sweet notes of crème brûlée.
