A rare opportunity to own a piece of whisky history. This bottling comes from Chain Pier Distillery, the first single malt distillery in Edinburgh since 1925, located in Granton. Chain Pier was the experimental 'pilot' distillery for Bonnington, the brains behind Crabbie whisky. While the current Bonnington Distillery was under construction, master distiller Jamie Lockhart experimented with different malt recipes and unique single casks.

This ‘boutique’ distillery was only operational from October 2018 to November 2019, during the construction of the Bonnington Distillery. In this short period , only 39 casks were produced, handcrafted in a 500 litre copper pot still. This makes this single malt one of the rarest whiskies ever.
