Sound ofSleatis the fourth release in theTorabhaigLegacySeries and documents the evolution of our signature style, "SmokewithTaste." This expression is crafted from a blend of Concerto and Laureate malted barley, peated to 78ppm+ and fermented with 100% Pinnacle MG yeast for 72 hours. This release is matured exclusively inQuercusAlba American oak, including first-fillheavily toasted casks shipped directly from the cooperage, first-fillbourbon barrels typically 4-6 years old from Kentucky, andrefillbourbon barrels, potentially 10+ years old, from our own warehouses. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or coloring. The result is a highly expressive single malt with delicate notes of orange, apricot and sweet maritime seaweed on the nose, a rich palate of campfire smoke, honey and sea salt and a lingering, elegant finish that captures the spirit of storms, sunsets and the wild Sound ofSleat.
