If Snow White from Säntis Malt is known for anything, it is for its exceptional finish and delicious whisky from Switzerland. First of all, the 10th edition of the neo-classic is no exception! Compared to its predecessors, the particularly deep amber color stands out when pouring. Rich, spicy aromas and fruit spread in the glass. Butter caramel, vanilla croissants and roasted nuts, framed by broad notes of dried fruit reminiscent of plums, some raisins and also dried banana chips. In the background, subtle notes of fresh tobacco and overripe pineapple can be detected. The taste is dry, although the nose may suggest some sweetness. Powerful wood spices; Crème Brulee, some cloves and black pepper; which is carried by an intense maltiness. Closely interwoven with this are fruity impressions of dried figs and dates, later plum jam and a hint of marzipan. With a little water, the aroma spectrum opens up and the true complexity emerges.
