This heavily peated Islay Single Malt has been matured for many years in American oak, cask number 0066. Additional maturation took place in a Malaga fortified sweet wine cask. This has resulted in a mouthwatering marriage of pungent campfire smoke, bacon fat, salted caramel, and sun-dried raisins. A truly unique and memorable dram.

Nose : Pungent campfire smoke and brine.

Palate : Rich, full-bodied whisky. Sweet peat, bacon fat, and delicious sea-salt caramel. Sun-dried raisins wrapped in peat smoke.

Finish : Slightly oily. A lingering sweetness combined with the smoky coals.
