Additional maturation then took place in a former Madeira cask, creating a marriage of sweet, ashy peat smoke, caramel toffee, spices, briny sea salt, and delicious dried fruit that will instantly make your mouth water. Nose : Sweet, ashy tow with caramel and grape skins.
