The Mars Shinshu Distillery, founded in 1985, closed in 1992 due to the economic crisis. In 2011, the distillery was reopened during the winter season only. Nowadays, the distillery is once again running a full-time production rhythm. This whisky, distilled at the Mars Shinshu distillery, is a beautiful Single Cask whisky, peated at 50 PPM, with light green hues. The whiskey offers incredible freshness.

• Color: Green gold.
• Nose: Fresh, delicate. Cut grass, green tea, mint, lemongrass and jasmine.
• Taste : Smooth, silky. Bamboo shoots, watercress, rhizome and almond milk.
• Finish : Long, serene. Spicy and milky. Very balanced, the aftertaste is salty, fresh and sweet.
