This bottling was specially developed to perfectly match artisanal cheeses. The whisky is bottled without added colouring or chill filtration and contains Strathearn Single Casks. With an alcohol percentage of 48%, this expression offers a distinct, natural taste experience. The whole is stylishly packaged with a wax-dip seal and a premium neck label. Only 4,200 bottles are available worldwide.

Tasting notes:

• Nose: A pleasant, sweet spiciness opens the aroma, followed by dried fruit, caramel and fresh orange peel.
• Taste: Creamy and full, with malty notes and cereals, interspersed with marmalade and a hint of honeysuckle.
• Finish: The sweet finish lingers, with orange blossom, a light spiciness and soft apricot.
